Push and R

This week me and jeremey have been trucking along on connecting r to java and then to Psh. I’ve started up an account for our project on R-Forge so we have a convenient server space to work on our project. Also it gives us access to a bunch of other R packages so we have models to work from when developing our stuff. We’ve gotten Psh up and running in a way that allows us to give it the attributes of our GP program, and the values we want to work with. Then it’ll just run and return the best formula for the regression. Now what we need to do is get rJava working to interface r to Psh. And then we can party with that.
